Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-time Listing Pack (₹999 / $12)

This is a digital product delivered instantly. If the pack fails to generate or is materially broken, email hello@microexit.app within 7 days for a full refund. Because the content is generated and delivered on payment, we cannot refund a successfully delivered pack outside of a genuine defect.

Pro subscription (₹799 / $9 per month)

Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing us; cancellation stops future billing and keeps access until the end of the current period. We do not pro-rate partial months. If you were charged after cancelling, we refund that charge in full.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay/Stripe, typically within 5–7 business days.
