Terms of Service

By using micro-exit you agree to these terms. micro-exit provides automated valuation estimates, listing copy, and outreach drafts for software businesses. It is an information and drafting tool, not a broker, financial advisor, or guarantor of any sale or price.

1. Service

We generate a valuation range and marketing materials from the inputs you provide. Outputs are estimates based on common micro-SaaS market multiples and may not reflect the actual price a buyer will pay. You are responsible for verifying all figures before use.

2. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the valuation or materials, including any completed or failed sale of your business.

3. Payments

Paid plans are billed via Razorpay or Stripe. One-time packs are charged once; Pro is a recurring subscription you can cancel anytime. Prices are shown in INR (GST-inclusive) and USD.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to generate fraudulent or misleading listings. We may suspend access for abuse.
